Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and smooth operation of properties and facilities.
• Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, and other facility services.
• Ensure properties are properly maintained, presentable, safe, and compliant with relevant requirements.
• Identify and source prospective clients/tenants and actively support property occupancy and business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct property inspections and promptly address maintenance or facility-related concerns.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers and monitor their performance.
• Prepare reports on property operations, maintenance activities, and client feedback.
• Monitor facility-related expenses and ensure cost-effective service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Estate Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in property, facility, estate, or operations management.
• Strong client acquisition, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and source new clients.
• Good knowledge of property maintenance and facility operations.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
