Job Summary

• Leitung Gate Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Analyst to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about maintaining product and process quality.
• The successful candidate will support quality assurance activities, monitor production standards, and ensure that products meet company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in completing assigned audit checklist sections under supervision to ensure all applicable standard requirements are evaluated.
• Observe client processes during site visits and document accurate notes to support the team findings.
• Draft summaries of audit observations and non-conformities for review by the Quality Manager.
• Conduct basic research on industry regulations and ISO updates to support audit preparation.
• Maintain the internal Audit Log, tracking audit progress from planning through report issuance.
• Organize and archive audit workpapers and supporting documentation according to the company’s record-retention policy.
• Assist in reviewing inspection reports, test results, and production records to confirm compliance with quality standards.
• Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any Mechanical, chemical and Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
