DLAB Medicare Services Limited is a new medicare company engaged in the business of operating a medical/pathological testing laboratory, scan centers andhealthclubs and deals in all types of laboratory and medical equipments and medical consumables and supplies.


Job Location: Apata, Ibadan - Oyo


Job Description

  • Welcome patients, clients, healthcare providers, and visitors in a professional, courteous, and compassionate manner; register patients, verify identification and documentation, schedule appointments, and provide accurate information regarding laboratory services, operating hours, test preparation, pricing, and turnaround times.
  • Manage all front desk communications by answering and directing telephone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly, resolving routine patient concerns, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate laboratory personnel when necessary.
  • Coordinate patient flow by liaising with phlebotomists, laboratory scientists, clinicians, and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive patient experience.
  • Receive and process payments, issue receipts, reconcile daily collections where applicable, and maintain accurate financial, patient registration, and laboratory records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, document management, correspondence, and the receipt, sorting, and distribution of laboratory reports and other official documents.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, monitor office and reception supplies, and coordinate timely replenishment to support uninterrupted laboratory operations.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of patient information and laboratory records while ensuring compliance with applicable data protection, privacy, and laboratory policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all laboratory quality management, infection prevention and control (IPC), occupational health and safety, customer service standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.


Qualifications / Requirements

  • Minimum of Secondary School Education (SSCE, WAEC, NECO) with basic accounting knowledge
  • Must be computer literate
  • OND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office  Management is an added advantage
  • Must have previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, customer service representative, or administrative assistant
  • Must be of good moral character, friendly with good communication skills and who can guarantee and ensure excellent customer service with patients, customers and staff.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Condition of Employment:

  • Applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Apata, Ibadan, and be able to maintain punctual and regular attendance.


Salary

N50,000 - N60,000 per month based on qualification and experience,including 13 Month Salary / Christmas Bonus after one year of employment (Half of One Month Salary).
