Job Summary

  • We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist who will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing enquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily store operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and attend to them professionally.
  • Manage phone calls, messages, and customer enquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to the store when required.


Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, organized, and customer-oriented.
  • Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
