  • We are looking for a Graduate Sales and Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with leading multinational and blue-chip organizations, supporting them with talent advisory, recruitment, and HR solutions.
  • Successful candidates will receive structured training and onboarding, providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in business development, recruitment consulting, and executive search.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing to candidate placement
  • Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates using various recruitment channels
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent pools
  • Coordinate interview schedules for candidates
  • Provide high-quality candidate delivery within agreed timelines
  • Provide HR support duties with HR administrative processes and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding and induction coordination for new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee and candidate records
  • Support HR with policy implementation, compliance, training and internal HR processes
  • Assist with preparation of HR reports and recruitment metrics


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or social science related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within a recruitment agency
  • Proven ability to source and deliver quality candidates
  • Good understanding of HR processes and HR administrative support
  • Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
