Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple outlets and ensure consistent service standards
• Drive sales performance and profitability across all assigned locations
• Supervise and support Outlet Managers to achieve operational and financial targets
• Monitor KPIs (sales, wastage, customer satisfaction, staff productivity) and implement improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and operational standards across all outlets
• Identify training needs and build high-performing teams across locations
• Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews
• Prepare and present regional performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./HND)
• 5–8 years’ experience in QSR or retail operations, with at least 2–3 years in a multi-unit management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills across multiple locations
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making ability
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
