Global Organics Ltd has been a pioneer in many facets especially in launching pharmaceutical drugs such as Paragol (Paracetamol Infusion) first in Nigeria. Although being known as an importer, in recent years, the vision has been reimagined and is now focused on growth by expanding its operations into manufacturing both Pharmaceuticals and Veterinary drugs.


We are looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales team, and achieving revenue targets within a specific geographical territory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Collaborating with senior executives to establish sales goals, forecasting monthly/quarterly/annual targets, and developing specific plans for regional growth.
  • Team Leadership: Training, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales representatives. This includes setting performance goals and conducting regular meetings to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, pharmacies, and key hospital accounts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all sales activities adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
  • Budget Management: Reviewing regional expenses and managing budgets effectively.


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical sales, with proven experience in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • An in-depth understanding of the local pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities to interpret data and adapt strategies.
