Sales Force Consulting - Our client is a mega importer of premiumnon-alcoholic and alcoholic wines and spirits with major offices in Lagos, PH, Enugu, Benin and Onitsha and dealers nationwide.


To effectively deepen its market share and expand its reach in critical markets, they desire to recruit an experienced, energetic and smart individual to fill the position below:


Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Wines

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Initiate strategies that will lead to the company having effective footprint of its wines/spirits product lines in all the beveragemarkets, hospitality and modern tradein Lagos/West markets.
  • Source for new customers and with the team, manage the relationships of existing clients.
  • Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
  • Handle all prospect and customers’ enquiries
  • Increase sales volumes to ensure set targets are met
  • Manage all subordinates to ensure they surpass their sales targets
  • Manage the depot administration ensuring efficiency of operations in inventory, accounts and sales.

Qualifications

  • Degree/HND.
  • Ten years sales/marketingexperience and high level passion for sales.

Other Conditions:

  • Applicants must understand the whole rudiments of wines/spirits salesand relationship management process.
  • They must possess competence in professional selling and persuasion
  • They must be very hardworking, target oriented to achieve set targets.
  • Sufficient managerial experience to galvanize the reps is required
  • Must age less than 45years
  • Applicants must reside in Lagos and must be ready for physical interviews
  • Knowledge of wines/spirits market, dealers and its dybamicsinLagos State is compulsory; and inOndo, Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti, Kwara States is a key advantage.

Benefits

  • Salary: N500,000 - N600,000 per month.
