We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Relationship Officer

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and assess applicants’ financial situations
• Determine loan eligibility and recommend appropriate loan products
• Manage loan disbursements, collections, and repayment schedules
• Provide financial advice and support to clients
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to achieve loan portfolio targets.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years proven experience in the microfinance sector
• Strong understanding of loan origination and management processes
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to assess creditworthiness and mitigate risk
• Proficiency in financial analysis and documentation
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
