Job Summary

• We're seeking a highly skilled Verification Relationship Officer to join our dynamic Fintech team! As a key member of our risk management unit, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our platform by verifying user identities, assessing risk profiles, and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify user identities and documents to prevent identity theft and financial crimes
• Assess risk profiles and flag suspicious transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve verification issues and improve processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to enhance verification processes
• Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in verification, risk management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., identity verification tools).
