Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day activities such as opening/closing, food service, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Schedule, and manage employees (servers, cooks, hosts). Ensure staff deliver high-quality service and work efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints, ensure satisfaction, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, track sales, and maximize profitability. This includes managing inventory and reducing waste.
  • Ensure the restaurant follows health regulations, food safety standards, and labor laws.


Qualification

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field.
