Job Summary

• They are looking for an experienced Retail Redistribution Manager that willdrive optimized redistribution strategies to ensure timely product availability across retail outlets, improve distribution efficiency, and support overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement retail redistribution strategies
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product flow to key retail locations
• Establish redistribution routes and track logistics performance
• Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams for demand forecasting
• Analyze market trends and customer demand patterns
• Maintain relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retail partners
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 2–5 years experience in retail or FMCG distribution
• Proficiency in inventory management and distribution planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Familiarity with ERP or distribution software systems.
