Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Summary
- The Retail Store Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the company in specific geographic locations. The Retail Store Manager will oversee the productivity and performance of the company's employees in a specific region.
- The Retail Store Manager may manage a specific location or work across several states or union territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and presenting regional reports for senior management
- Mentoring employees and suggesting training programs
- Overseeing the recruitment of employees in the region
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers
- Developing business, marketing and advertising plans
- Planning and evaluating operations to be cost-effective
- Preparing quarterly and yearly reports, analyses, statements and reports on finance and operations
- Enforcing the company’s rules and regulations
- Seeking new business opportunities in the region and securing contracts for the company
- Developing project plans and assigning regional project personnel
- Securing long-term relationships by maintaining practical client relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing with 5 years experience
- Relevant experience in sales, retail & the food service industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, and creative environment

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
