Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo


Job Purpose

  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of our sales processes by managing and enhancing sales support and administrative functions.
  • Supports a team responsible for handling sales orders, customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records. Your contributions will enable our sales team to focus on what they do best: selling.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and handling communications.


Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (MBA Degree, an added advantage)
  • Proven experience in Sales Administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, time-management skills and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.


Salary

N350,000 - N500,000 / Month.
