We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Lead

Location: AMAC, Abuja (FCT) 

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, B2B, B2G).
• Craft messaging that makes our BNPL Security Offers irresistible.
• Oversee brand positioning across multiple states and verticals.

Sales Leadership:

• Drive direct sales, partnerships, and reseller growth.
• Achieve aggressive monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build and lead high-performing sales/marketing teams.

Partnership Development:

• Forge strategic partnerships with real estate firms, estates, SMEs, schools, and government agencies.
• Develop reseller and distributor channels for mass-market penetration.

Data & Performance

• Deploy CRM and digital analytics to track campaign ROI
• Continuously optimize sales funnels for conversion.

Requirements

• Proven Track Record: 3+ years in marketing & sales, preferably in security, telecoms, fintech, or related industries.
• Versatile Expertise: Strong in digital marketing, field sales, B2B/B2G partnerships, and channel management.
• Sales Generator: Demonstrable success in closing large-value contracts and exceeding sales quotas.
• Innovative Mindset: Skilled at creating offers, campaigns, and strategies that scale fast.
• Leadership: Ability to inspire, mentor, and drive sales teams.
• BNPL/Subscription Sales Experience (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Salary

N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly + Commission Incentives.
