Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support daily sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, managing customer accounts, and supporting marketing efforts while ensuring smooth coordination with the sales team and retail partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock balance records
  • Follow up on accounts receivable and outstanding debts to ensure timely payments
  • Conduct regular checks on stores to confirm product availability and proper display
  • Participate in marketing activities and brand activations to increase visibility and sales
  • Identify and visit potential new stores to expand distribution channels
  • Provide supervision and support to the sales team to ensure targets are met


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FMCG or beverage sales
  • Strong understanding of Lagos retail market and distribution channels
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet targets
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a field environment
