Job Summary

We are seeking a polished, customer-centric Sales Consultant to represent the IL Bagno brand at our Abuja showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a refined client experience, providing expert product consultation, and driving revenue through relationship-based sales. This role requires an individual who understands luxury retail standards and can confidently engage high-net-worth clients and industry professionals.

Location: Gaduwa, Abuja


Responsibilities

  1. Deliver a world-class, personalised showroom experience to walk-in and scheduled clients.
  2. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable premium bathroom and interior solutions aligned with their aesthetic and functional needs.
  3. Confidently present product features, design concepts, materials, and value propositions in line with luxury brand standards.
  4. Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and product specifications, and follow up diligently to close sales.
  5. Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets through strategic selling and relationship management.
  6. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and property developers.
  7. Actively participate in networking, client visits, and industry engagements to expand the showroom’s client base.
  8. Manage client records accurately and maintain consistent follow-up to encourage repeat business and referrals.


Requirement:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Proven experience in sales, or business development.
  3. Demonstrated ability to support product implementation and customer training.
  4. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  8. CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
