Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales/Customer Service Associate to join a bridal fashion business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through both in-store and online platforms while providing exceptional customer service to clients. The successful candidate must be confident using social media, have strong communication and execution skills, and be able to demonstrate measurable results from previous sales, customer service, or social media-related roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth through in-store and online platforms.
• Attend to customers professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across relevant communication channels.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable bridal fashion products based on their needs.
• Monitor and curate engaging content for the company's social media platforms.
• Support the day-to-day management and administration of the store.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, sales, orders, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Support promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Ensure the store is well-organized and presentable at all times.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in any relevant field.
• Must be versatile and confident in using social media platforms.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, bridal fashion, fashion, or the wedding industry is an advantage.
• No specific professional certification is required.
• Must be able to demonstrate previous sales, customer service, social media, or business results achieved in previous roles.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Working Schedule
