Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team.
• Responds warmly and promptly to inquiries via direct call lines and official WhatsApp desks, and accurately logs retail requests
• Manages and resolves customers' complaints politely
• Implement corrective measures to various challenges that could arise during a sales lifecycle
• Coordinates directly with the J-Six2U sales coordinator, outlet supervisors, and dispatch team to trace delivery and check kitchen availability for items.
• Maintain and update records of customer interaction, transactions, recurring feedback, and specialized dietary preferences.
• Help the company meet monthly call-handling quotas and localized sales targets by upselling menu combos or dessert items.
• Monitor customer service standards and ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with the production team to prevent stock shortages.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and reports.
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales personnel to improve productivity.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Possess an OND, Diploma or NCE in Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related disciplines with 1 - 3 years of experience in CSR operations, Sales management and Customer service coordination.
• High emotional maturity, active listening, an empathetic disposition and the ability to maintain absolute patience under intense pressure.
• Capacity to maintain composure and coordinate dispatch operations, ability to work effectively under pressure during peak period.
• Only candidates living around Ijora axis will be considered for this role.

Salary

N80,000 Monthly.
