WHO WE ARE Aktok Inc. is a Canadian startup, we are an international well-coordinated team of enthusiastic professionals-creators and developers of AI-empowered business automation platform . We build our system for Marketers, Sales, Support specialists, so it has a CRM, and it also allows our customers to create smart chatbots for their businesses, and to collect and process more data about their clients.
We are a Canadian startup developing a communication platform https://aktok.ca - software for automating the work of marketers, sales, customer service. Our system allows our customers to create AI-powered chatbots for their business, CRM, analytics system to collect and process data about their clients. Our team is located all around the world and we are looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our international team to help us sell our SaaS product and our it-services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead generation: creating the lists of potential clients, doing lots of calls, sending lots of messages - scheduling appointments, other sales activities;
- Crafting and deploying personalized outreach campaigns to prospective customers;
- Qualifying prospective customers on video and phone calls;
- Becoming an AKTOK product expert - learn how to make chatbots, integrate with other systems, collect and various customer data;
- Using modern sales tools;
- Working to maintain and improve CRM data quality;
- Participating in marketing activities and product development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Discipline, reliability, persistence, resilience;
- Remote work kit (Stable internet & power, fast computer, good headset to ensure good sound quality, suitable home office space);
- Fluent English, clear pronunciation;
- Be able to work during American work hours (starting after noon till late evening by Lagos time);
- Result oriented person;
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Minimum Experience in any sales - 3 years;
- Experience/education in Digital marketing;
- Experience selling software or IT services;
- Experience in SaaS;

- Your income will consist of several components (base + personal performance + team goals achievement), salary will be assigned based on the several months’ results.
