Job Position: Sales & Digital Marketing Associate (Solar Energy Solutions)

About the Role

• We are scaling up a state-of-the-art Solar Experience Center in Abuja, backed by a direct authorized dealership with a leading global manufacturer.
• We need a charismatic, tech-savvySales Associateto be the face of our showroom and the driver of our online brand.
• Working directly under the General Manager, you will take high-net-worth clients and corporate visitors on a journey through our premium solar energy products.
• You will also be aggressively driving our sales through social media and digital marketing campaigns.

The Ideal Candidate

• Exceptionally clear and confident communicator.
• Proven experience in a marketing or retail sales role.
• Highly skilled in social media management, content creation, and closing sales online (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Fast learner, highly trainable, and eager to master renewable energy technologies (Lithium batteries, Hybrid Inverters, and comprehensive solar setups).
• A self-starter who thrives in a commission-incentivized, target-driven environment.

Remuneration

Highly Attractive Base Salary (N1,800,000 - N3,000,000 annually) + Uncapped Sales Incentives.
