Salary Range: ₦120,000 – ₦170,000/month (based on experience & performance)

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent store presentation, and delivering outstanding customer experiences that build brand loyalty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to customers professionally and provide excellent service
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness
• Process sales using POS systems accurately
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
• Promote ongoing promotions and new arrivals
• Support inventory checks and stock management
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
• Adhere to store policies and operational procedures

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / BSc
• 1 – 3 years experience in fashion retail sales (an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Neat appearance and professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus
