The company provides solutions using digital tools, with a focus on Zoho software, to improve workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency.


ProcessLab helps businesses move from operational chaos to structured, scalable systems using process design and automation tools.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive responsible for actively selling our products/services, closing deals, and driving revenue growth, while identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term customers.

This is a remote role suited for someone who is self-driven, structured, and comfortable engaging business leaders.


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation
  • Identify businesses that may benefit from ProcessLab services
  • Prospect via LinkedIn, referrals, email outreach, and networking
  • Research target companies and decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Actively engage prospects, present solutions, and drive conversations toward closing
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve defined revenue targets
  • Convert qualified opportunities into paying customers and long-term relationships


Client Engagement

  • Initiate and lead sales conversations with founders and business leaders
  • Identify and deeply understand client operational challenges to position solutions effectively
  • Clearly articulate and sell ProcessLab’s value proposition based on client needs
  • Drive prospects through the sales process by scheduling and leading discovery calls and demos
  • Convert conversations into qualified opportunities and progress them toward closing


Sales Conversion

  • Support proposal preparation
  • Follow up consistently with prospects
  • Move leads through the sales process
  • Close new client engagements


Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Identify upsell or long-term opportunities
  • Gather customer insights and feedback


Growth Support

  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on growth ideas
  • Provide market feedback and trends
