The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the courier and logistics market.
• Managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Monitoring individual and team sales performance and providing regular reports to management.
• Setting sales targets and ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds expectations.
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Following up on leads, prospects, quotations, and business opportunities.
• Supporting the team in developing and maintaining a strong customer base.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and prompt resolution of client concerns.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role, preferably within the courier, logistics, transportation, or service industry.
• Proven experience in sales supervision or team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Must be target-driven, proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos and nationwide market and surrounding business environment will be an added advantage.
