Our client is a premium luxury retail brand known for offering high-end fashion and lifestyle products with an exceptional in-store experience. The brand prides itself on elegance, exclusivity, and superior customer service.

We are seeking a polished, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their team.


Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience, driving sales performance and maintaining the brand’s premium standards. The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, a refined appearance and a passion for luxury retail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and style recommendations.
  • Drive sales through personalized customer engagement and upselling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed.
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment.


Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or high-end customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
