Job Summary:
You will responsible for driving the growth of premium wines, spirits, and beverage brands across on-trade channels, including bars, lounges, clubs, and restaurants. The position focuses on identifying and onboarding new partners, strengthening existing relationships, and ensuring strong brand presence and customer engagement within upscale outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain on-trade accounts aligned with the premium portfolio
- Identify and prospect new outlets, lead negotiations, and build long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to deliver activations that enhance visibility and consumer engagement
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and maintain competitiveness
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Provide product knowledge and promotional support to partners to drive sales performance
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the on-trade or premium beverage sector
- Strong understanding of bar, club, and restaurant operations
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
