Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a background in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry to lead and drive our sales.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new business, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of broadband, fiber, and wireless internet solutions, as well as experience managing high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in both residential and enterprise markets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective lead-generation campaigns.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Drive customer acquisition through direct sales, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
- Manage and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, real estate developers, and gated communities.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers and stakeholders.
- Handle negotiations, contract management, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer-centric sales practices.
Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Maintain a strong understanding of ISP products and services, including:
- Fiber Optic Internet (FTTH, FTTB)
- Wireless Radio (PTP, PTMP)
- Dedicated Internet Access
- Cloud & Managed Services
- VoIP and Business Communication Solutions
- Work closely with the technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
- Track and measure customer satisfaction and feedback to improve service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in sales management within the ISP, telecommunications, or technology industry.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong B2B and B2C sales experience, especially in broadband, fiber, and wireless solutions.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with CRM software, sales automation tools, and reporting platforms.
- Strong understanding of pricing models, SLAs, and technical aspects of ISP services.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
