Qualifications and Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy. 
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the marketing of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. 
• Strong understanding of relevant markets and industry trends. 

Responsibilities 

• Effectively assign daily tasks to team members to ensure optimal workflow. 
• Regularly monitor the progress of tasks, providing guidance and support as needed. 
• Prepare and compile daily and weekly performance reports. 
• Analyze the performance data of team members to inform decision-making. 
•  Facilitate training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team skills. 
• Ensure all team members meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
• Engage in daily strategic actions to strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders and clients. 

Salary and commission, above N700,000.
