Job Description
- Our client is looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead enterprise client acquisition and strategic partnership development, with a specific focus on the UK and other English-speaking markets.
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced outsourcing industry professional, highly proficient in digital B2B sales, and capable of using online platforms to build and convert a global pipeline.
- This role combines strategic leadership, partnership building, and tech-enabled sales execution to expand the organization’s international presence especially across the hospitality and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a scalable global sales strategy focused on UK markets.
- Use digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, email automation, B2B marketplaces, CRM tools) to build a global pipeline and convert enterprise leads.
- Lead and mentor the sales and business development teams, establishing KPIs aligned with growth targets.
- Identify, negotiate, and nurture long-term partnerships with tech companies, hospitality chains, and outsourcing aggregators.
- Expand the company’s global brand visibility through thought leadership, webinars, virtual client demos, and online events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and client success teams to ensure client alignment and service delivery readiness.
- Structure, negotiate, and close high-value contracts with global clients across BPO verticals.
- Analyze data and insights to drive pipeline optimization and continuously improve sales execution • Represent the company at global industry events, both physically and virtually.
- Provide executive reporting on sales forecasts, conversion rates, and regional market performan
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years in enterprise sales or partnerships, including at least 3 years in an outsourcing or BPO environment.
- Proven experience acquiring clients digitally and globally.
- Expertise with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn).
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to global audience.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, or Strategy is desirable.
Core Competencies:
- Strong command of online B2B sales tools, channels, and automation for international lead generation.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and grow business in UK/English-speaking markets.
- Skilled in building joint ventures, channel alliances, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Tech Fluency – Comfortable using CRMs, virtual collaboration tools, analytics dashboards, and client engagement platforms.
- Client Relationship Management – Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with C-level stakeholders across geographies.
- Strategic Thinking – Ability to link market trends to company offerings and adapt strategy accordingly.
- Execution Excellence – Proven ability to deliver results in dynamic and competitive international environments.
Salary
N500,000 - N800,000 / month.
