Job Summary 

• The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive property sales, generate leads, increase revenue, and strengthen the company’s position in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
• Generate and manage leads through digital marketing, property listings, referrals, events, and other channels.
• Drive the sale and leasing of residential, commercial, and investment properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, realtors, and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and customer preferences.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and other platforms.
• Coordinate property promotions, open houses, exhibitions, realtor engagements, and other marketing activities.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
• Ensure prospective clients receive accurate information about properties, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing property transactions.
• Collaborate with the Admin, Customer Service, Legal, Finance, and Project teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Develop and maintain a database of prospects, clients, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s customer base.
• Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
