Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets through strategic sales and marketing execution.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their operational and technical needs.
  • Present periodic sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to management.
  • Identify emerging markets, customer segments, and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables in line with company credit policies.
  • Conduct accurate sales forecasting using customer data, historical trends, and market intelligence.
  • Maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and pricing strategies based on market conditions and competitor positioning.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide technical advisory support to customers on product specifications and packaging solutions.
  • Stay updated on product innovations, economic indicators, and competitive activities.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the flexible packaging or converting industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of laminates, films, and related flexible packaging products.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and sales forecasting capability.


Salary 

N500,000 - N800000 monthly.
