Job Title: Sales Personnel

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team in Ogun State.
  • The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales to achieve individual and company sales goals.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, social media, referrals).
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale, and prepare sales contracts.
  • Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional pre-and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management as required.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide customer feedback and insights.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

Requirements

  • OND / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
