Introduction: Zaph & Zoe Agro Exports is growing and we're looking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional who can connect buyers, close deals, and grow our customer base internationally.


The Opportunity: 

We need someone who can identify potential customers, build relationships, negotiate deals, and bring in CONSISTENT SALES. If you're a natural networker with a passion for agriculture and business development, this role is for you.


What You'll Do:

  • Identify and engage potential buyers (local exporters, feed mills, food processors, international buyers)
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Develop a robust sales pitch, pricing and system
  • Maintain a pre-sale, sale and after sale system
  • Generate leads through cold calls, networking, trade shows, and online platforms
  • Present our products, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Provide market feedback and insights to help us improve our offerings


Who You Are:

  • Results-driven – You're motivated by targets and thrive on closing deals
  • Strong communicator – You can pitch confidently in person, on calls, and via email/WhatsApp
  • Self-starter – You take initiative and don't need hand-holding
  • Connected or willing to build connections – You know how to network and open doors
  • Agricultural knowledge is a plus – Understanding of agro commodities, export markets, or B2B sales is an advantage (but we can train the right person)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (agro, commodities, FMCG, or export sectors preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong relationship-building abilities


Location: Ikeja/Berger Axis, Lagos State.
