Description: 

We are seeking for a highly motivated and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our growing insurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and educating potential clients, building relationships, and help individuals and businesses secure the right coverage. Prospective candidate must reside in Lagos.


Responsibilities:

  • Researching prospect and generating leads. 
  • Developing sales strategies and certain sales goals.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Contacting potential and existing clients on the phone, email and in person for sales purposes.
  • Preparing and sending sales related proposals when necessary.
  • Efficient handling of prospects questions, enquiry and objections.
  • Assist clients during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.


Skills Required: 

  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong focus on building client relationships.
  • Solid presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
