FastLab is a groundbreaking healthtech startup revolutionising diagnostics in Africa, starting with Nigeria, by connecting healthcare providers and professionals to the digital economy through our innovative unified platform.


ABOUT FASTLAB

FastLab is Nigeria's telemedicine and healthcare diagnostics platform connecting patients with licensed physicians through our myHealth mobile app. We're building a network of laboratory and healthcare partnerships to provide comprehensive healthcare services nationwide.

We need a hands-on Sales Representative who's ready to hit the ground. You'll be out in the field, visiting diagnostic labs and healthcare facilities to build partnerships that drive our revenue and expansion.


DAILY ACTIVITIES

Laboratory Partnership Sales (80%)

  • Visit diagnostic laboratories in person across Nigerian cities
  • Meet with lab owners, managers, and decision-makers
  • Present FastLab partnership opportunities and revenue benefits
  • Negotiate and close deals with pricing tiers.
  • Collect signed partnership agreements and facilitate onboarding
  • Follow up with existing lab partners to ensure satisfaction and renewals


Healthcare Provider Outreach (20%)

  • Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers in your territory
  • Build relationships with medical directors and administrators
  • Set up patient referral partnerships and commission agreements
  • Coordinate with our technical team for partner integration
  • Maintain regular contact with healthcare partner


Sales Activities & Reporting

  • Maintain daily activity logs and visit reports
  • Track leads, prospects, and closed deals in our system
  • Meet monthly targets for new partnerships and revenue generation
  • Attend local healthcare events and networking meetings
  • Report weekly progress to management


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years field sales experience (healthcare/medical preferred but not required)
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets through direct outreach
  • Comfortable with field work across Nigeria
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships quickly with healthcare professionals
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Smartphone and laptop proficiency for reporting and presentations
