Summary
- They are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and coordinate their team of Sales Canvassers
- The Sales Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of sales canvassers, drive sales growth, and ensure the achievement of targets.
- The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a field sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales canvassers.
- Train, mentor, and motivate canvassers to achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase customer base.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Accompany canvassers in the field to provide guidance and support.
- Ensure proper distribution of marketing materials and product information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (mechanics, retailers, transport companies, etc.).
- Gather market intelligence and competitor activities to improve sales strategy.
Requirements
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales supervision, preferably in FMCG, lubricants, or automotive products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales growth.
- Ability to work in the field and travel as required.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
