Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and aftersales  followup.
  • Schedule and conduct inspections
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage CRM
  • Liaise with landlords, developers and property owners
  • Converting warm and cold leads into paying clients
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets 
  • Handling clients enquiries professionally across calls, whatsapp, meetings and inspections


Requirements

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident speaking with highnetworth clients
  • A good understanding of Abuja real estate is an added advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and follow a structured sales process
  • 3-5 years proven experience in real estate sales or high ticket sales
