Job Description

• We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our academic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports the intellectual and emotional development of students.
• You will plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, ensuring that each student achieves academic excellence and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and creativity.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress through assignments, tests, and regular feedback.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies, technology, and learning resources to support diverse learning styles.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and uphold the school’s discipline and conduct policies.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students’ performance and behavior.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities.
• Support students’ moral, social, and emotional development in line with the school’s values.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and report cards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
• Valid teaching certification/license (TRCN registration is an advantage).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the elementary/primary level.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.
• Strong passion for child development and continuous learning.
