Job Description
- We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our academic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports the intellectual and emotional development of students.
- You will plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, ensuring that each student achieves academic excellence and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and creativity.
- Assess and monitor students’ progress through assignments, tests, and regular feedback.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies, technology, and learning resources to support diverse learning styles.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and uphold the school’s discipline and conduct policies.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students’ performance and behavior.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities.
- Support students’ moral, social, and emotional development in line with the school’s values.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and report cards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license (TRCN registration is an advantage).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the elementary/primary level.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.
- Strong passion for child development and continuous learning.
