Responsibilities of the Job Holder Include:

• Guards recruitment, training and posting
• Ensurign background check of guards before posting
• Conducting security risk assessment and documenting the result.
• Vising guards beats and ensuring compliance to rules and regulation in terms of appearance, professionalism and comportment.
• Meet clients to resolve issues where such exists.
