Job Summary

  • Accretio Africa is recruiting on behalf of our partner for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market opportunities.


What You’ll Do


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure
  • Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and revenue forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
