What You Will Do

• Lead content ideation, planning, and execution for our entertainment website and digital platforms.
• Develop and drive innovative content strategies across web, social media, video, and emerging platforms.
• Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content in collaboration with designers, videographers, and editors.
• Optimise content for SEO, audience engagement, and platform performance.
• Partner with strategy and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Analyse performance data and insights to continuously refine creative direction.
• Stay ahead of entertainment trends, pop culture, and digital conversations in Nigeria and globally.
• Provide creative leadership, mentorship, and quality control for the content team.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Creative Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital content creation and creative leadership (agency or media experience preferred).
• Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, entertainment audiences, and social platforms.
• Strong editorial, branded content, and storytelling expertise.
• Experience with SEO, CMS platforms, and digital analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting and creative direction skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
