Job Description

  • Zenith Precision Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Officer to oversee and drive our HR operations.
  • This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional looking to grow into a leadership position while making a measurable impact in a fast-growing organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and oversee accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Drive performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedure
  • Lead HR initiatives that improve efficiency, engagement, and overall business performance


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5years' experience in Human Resources or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, Nigerian labor laws, and payroll systems
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations effectively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
