Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are seeking to engage the services of a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 15–20 years of proven experience in cost management, contract administration, and project delivery within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
• Oversee contract negotiations, valuations, and payments.
• Provide detailed financial advice and cost control throughout project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk analysis and advise on procurement strategies.
• Mentor and supervise junior quantity surveyors and project staff.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, codes, and standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc / M.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years’ professional experience with at least 10 years in a senior role.
• Membership/Chartered status withQSRBN,NIQS, or equivalent professional body.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in QS software and MS Office suite.
