Responsibilities

• Transaction Matching: Verify that incoming and outgoing transaction records from back-office systems match subsidiary ledgers.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigate discrepancies ("breaks") and resolve electronic transfer and payment issues with banks and partners.
• Account Balancing: Forecast and balance daily movements on bank accounts using advanced spreadsheets.
• Reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end closes while preparing management reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in  Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a settlement and reconciliation officer
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERPs, and accounting software.
• High mathematical aptitude, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
