Job Summary

• Experienced Civil/Building Engineer is required to manage construction of reinforced concrete framed structures.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Building Technology
• COREN or NIOB registered.
• Extensive experience with reinforced concrete framed construction.
• Able to mobilize and manage skilled tradesmen: formwork carpenters, iron benders, masons, concrete casters and labourers.
• Strong knowledge of HSE, quality control and site management procedures.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage materials, manpower, productivity and wastage.
• Able to coordinate MEP and other subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, planning and site coordination skills.
