Role Overview

The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and execution of on-site construction activities. The role ensures work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project timelines, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
• Ensure work aligns with project plans, drawings, and timelines.
• Monitor site productivity and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Enforce quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.
