Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of SME clients to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Demonstrated ability to originate and manage SME portfolios
  • Strong credit appraisal and structuring capabilities
  • Capacity to drive both asset creation and liability mobilization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 4–7years of experience in SME banking, relationship management, or sales
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis and financial statements
  • Proven ability to meet sales and portfolio growth targets.
