Description

  • We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and result-oriented Social Media & Content Creator to manage our digital presence, create compelling content, and run high-converting paid advertising campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing brand awareness, increasing engagement, generating qualified leads, and optimizing ad performance across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a monthly social media content strategy aligned with company goals
  • Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create and maintain a content calendar
  • Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments professionally
  • Grow followers organically through strategic content and engagement

Content Creation:

  • Create high-quality graphics, videos, reels, and promotional materials
  • Write compelling captions and marketing copy
  • Produce short-form and long-form content tailored to each platform
  • Cover company events, site visits, and internal activities for digital use
  • Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity

Paid Advertising (Meta & Other Platforms):

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads if applicable)
  • Conduct audience research and targeting
  • Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversions, and ROI
  • Monitor ad budgets and performance daily
  • Generate quality leads that convert into measurable business results

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track KPIs including engagement rate, reach, impressions, CPL (Cost per Lead), and conversion rate
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Use insights to refine content and advertising strategies

Brand Development:

  • Strengthen Sylvastar Group’s online brand authority
  • Position the company as an industry leader through strategic storytelling
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly follower growth rate
  • Engagement rate improvement
  • Lead generation targets
  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Ad conversion rate
  • ROI on paid campaigns


Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising
  • Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in digital marketing or communications
  • Experience managing ads with measurable ROI
  • Experience working with corporate or multi-sector brands
