Role Summary

• Spectra Industries is seeking a results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to drive product awareness, generate distributor leads, and increase sales through digital channels.
• This role is not just content posting,it is focused on revenue generation, market visibility, and brand growth across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Sales-Driven Digital Strategy:

• Develop and execute digital campaigns to promote products
• Drive B2B leads (distributors, wholesalers) and B2C demand

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow:
• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Post daily content:
• Engage actively with customers, distributors, and inquiries

Content Creation:

• Create high-quality video highlighting Product quality andHygiene standards

Digital Advertising:

• Run paid ads
• Optimize campaigns for:
• Lead generation
• Sales conversion
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently

Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Generate and track:
• Distributor inquiries
• Bulk purchase leads
• Channel leads to:
• Sales team
• WhatsApp business
• Support product launches and promotions

Website & Online Presence

Analytics & Reporting:

• Scholarship informationProvide weekly performance reports:
• Leads generated
• Sales conversions
• Ad performance
• Recommend improvements based on data

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years in digital marketing (FMCG preferred)
• Strong experience with:
• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Google Ads
• Content creation (graphics + video)
• Basic photography/video editing skills
• Strong understanding of Nigerian consumer market
• Ability to drive measurable business results.
