Overview

We are looking for a creative and socially savvy Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager with deep knowledge of the Nigerian digital landscape. Based in our Ikeja office, you will be responsible for elevating our tea and coffee chain’s brand presence, engagement, and foot traffic in Nigeria through strategic content, influencer partnerships, and localized campaigns. Your core mission is to build and manage a robust influencer network, design high-impact marketing initiatives, and convert online buzz into real business growth.

Personal Traits & Logistics:​ Passionate about tea/coffee culture, entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and available to work on-site in our Ikeja office.


Languages:​ Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of local languages (e.g., Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo) is an advantage.


Skills:

  • Excellent content creation and visual storytelling skills; proficient in native social platform tools and paid advertising.
  • Strong analytical ability; experienced with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and project management skills.


Local Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of Nigeria’s social media landscape, youth culture, and consumer trends.
  • Existing network of Nigerian influencers/content creators is highly preferred.


Work Experience:​ Minimum 3 years in social media or digital marketing, with at least 1 year focused on influencer marketing or creator partnerships. Experience in F&B, FMCG, retail, or fashion is a plus.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Monitor online brand sentiment and address potential PR issues proactively.
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and foster a loyal brand community.
  • Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine content, influencer collaborations, and ad performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, influencer campaign ROI, etc.).
  • Stay agile and adapt content strategies to capitalize on real-time social trends.
  • Plan and execute online campaigns (e.g., challenges, giveaways, hashtag activations) to boost brand buzz.
  • Produce and supervise engaging, high-quality content (graphics, short videos, live streams, UGC initiatives, etc.).
  • Create monthly/quarterly social media content calendars that align with brand voice and local cultural trends.
  • Manage the influencer marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Plan and oversee influencer campaigns end-to-end: from briefings and content supervision to performance tracking and reporting.
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage local influencers/KOLs/KOCs—from nano to macro-tier—and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Develop and execute the brand’s influencer marketing strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms.
